I'm Anthony Miller. Since 2014, my wife Benita, our daughter Julie, twins Dirk and Drew, and daughter Kassi have been raising bison on 320 acres in Eureka, Nevada.
We believe food should be simple, honest, and something you feel good about feeding your family. Our herd is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised with care for the land and the animal.
The sticks and jerky come from the same animals as our steaks. Nothing left over, nothing wasted.
