SMS Terms of Service

By subscribing to text messages from Miller Bison LLC, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (for example, promotions, new product releases, order updates, and cart reminders) at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Miller Bison LLC is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.

We collect your mobile number, and the fact that you opted in to text messages, when you provide it on our website, at checkout, or in another opt-in form. We use it to send the messages described above and to provide customer service.

We will not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers who help us deliver the messages on our behalf.
