Miller’s Bison came solidly frozen all the way to Alaska! All arrived freezer ready, packaged well, vacuumed packed and labeled clearly. Steaks were cut generously with deep color, some marbling but lean. They taste fantastic! The filet was so tender and seared beautifully as did the sirloin. We love the unaltered purity of grass fed and grass finished. Thank you Miller’s for providing food as it was designed to be, pure nourishment (along with great taste)!
