Love this ground Bison with liver . I made meatballs and for those who don’t like the taste of liver. There was no taste of it. I put in onion and chopped spinach. My sister does the same with hers and she had no taste of it either. I had a picture Anthony and this old lady some

The meat is high quality and tastes great.
But I’m disturbed by the lack of sealing on the individual packages. Defrosting requires placing the package in a bowl or pan to catch all the blood and juice that leaks out. This shouldn’t be happening. Packages should be 100% sealed to preserve freshness. Please re-evaluate your process for sealing the plastic packages.
I’m reluctant to place future orders unless this issue gets fixed. Thanks!

It was starting to thaw and leaked some juice from a couple of the packets. Got in right in the freezer and it's fine.
Yes, so the flavor is very nice. Best ground bison I've had. Then you get just a hint of liver, which enhances the finish perfectly.
So far, I made meatballs with Peruvian pepper jam, burgers, and green Thai curry. I had a burger left not to waste, so I mixed up with some Turkish onion salad and baba ghanoush and ate that cold. Better than I had expected.
Really good. I recommend. Will order more in the future.
Absolutely great family ! The food is amazing and great customer service. We love the bison with the liver in heart. Been making some yummy meals with it . we don’t use much seasoning, if anything, we use salt and omg makes the meat so tasty. 100% recommend :) great meat.
