First time buying bison meat and it includes a variety of select meats. Will be a returning customer. Also like how it comes in non-styrofoam packing. Meats still came in frozen.

Great tasting bison steaks. My neighbor's and I enjoyed them the other evening.
Love everything except I tried to barbecue the short ribs and thought I nailed it, but they were tougher than nails. I probably should not have tried to barbecue them.

great flavor, great service. super-fast delivery. shipped to central Texas and it was 90% frozen. so, no complaints.
The burger is good but the steaks are cut way too thin most are 3/4” or less that’s sad sorry

Most importantly the bison is delicious. I received the meat very quickly and it was packed well. I appreciated that the ice packs and the shipping box were reusable.
