just a note- the package we received had 4 ice packs on the top of the meat. Rather than 2 on the bottom and 2 on the top. The brats, pattys, and 1 steak were completely thawed.

Package was well chilled when it was delivered. The steaks were delicious and the burgers were enjoyed by even those who didn’t want buffalo!

Excellent products and great flavor
The meat is awesome. We have been having VERY hot weather in the Sacramento Valley, so some of our order was thawed upon arrival , but Anthony responds immediately to our calls and has gone to great lengths to ensure the meat is healthy. We have refrozen the thawed portions, and this week grilled several of the refrozen steaks, and they were delicious. In the future, we will probably order the bison in the colder months, just to be safe, but we will order again.
