I found Mr. Miller purely by accident while looking for something else at a farmers market. So I bought a bunch of stuff, we'll see where it goes... Enter a few days later: Yummy....extreme quality, worth every cent... Having sent most of my life teaching or in school I did a little research (poking around); there's all kinds of cooking videos, recipes and organizations dedicated to Bison. Heavenly, divine - I think if more people caught onto just how good this is I wouldn't be able to write any more good reviews about it.
I'd say the bison tenderloin is my favorite of all. Nothing tops it.
