Rancher's Choice Steak Box

Every time we process bison, a few steaks get sorted out. A little thinner. A little smaller. Some with extra fat on the edge. Nothing wrong with them, they just don't fit the counts and weights of our pre-made boxes.

We used to eat these ourselves. There's more of them than we can eat anymore, so they're going to you.

What's inside:

• 8 pounds minimum, random assortment
• Minimum 2 ribeyes in every box
• Plus a mix of top sirloin, New York strip, and tenderloin
• 100% grass fed and finished, no antibiotics, no hormones, USDA inspected

These are not uniform. Sizes vary, thickness varies, and some cuts carry a little more fat than the ones in our standard boxes. What doesn't vary is the quality. Same bison, same 320 acres in Eureka, Nevada, same steaks we put on our own table.
