Built for the grill, not the pantry

The Ultimate Griller Box is our answer to the question we get most at the ranch: "if I'm grilling this weekend, what do I get?" This is that box — every steak that earns its keep over open flame, about 12 pounds of it, plus a dozen patties for the burger crowd.

Every cut comes from our own grass-fed, grass-finished herd in Eureka, Nevada — no grain, no antibiotics, no hormones — vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen to your door.

One thing to know before the coals get hot: bison is leaner than beef, and lean steaks cook faster. Get the grill properly hot, sear hard, and pull each steak about one doneness notch earlier than you would beef — medium-rare is the sweet spot. The tomahawk benefits from a two-zone fire: sear over the hot side, finish on the cool side. Full details in our guide to cooking bison.

In the freezer: vacuum-sealed cuts keep beautifully for months. Thaw in the fridge the day before you grill — never the microwave.
