I'm Anthony Miller. Since 2014, my wife Benita, our daughter Julie, twins Dirk and Drew, and daughter Kassi have been raising bison on 320 acres in Eureka, Nevada.

Love the Miller Bison steaks! Very tender and delicious! Stocked up my freezer with a variety of different kinds, including Tomahawk ribs, ribeye, NY cuts, and hamburger patties. WoW just WoW from the moment i placed the order to the delivery of my freezer and the follow up by Anthony to make sure that it arrived safely before he sent the meat to the speed of the deliveries (two one for the freezer and one for the meat) my freezer is a nice 7 cu name brand chest freezer works and looks wonderful, the meat arrived frozen solid no questioning the quality of the meat or the shipping process. The meat it is my absolute favorite and I plan to be a customer for life. In addition to my 1/4 Bison package i got some cull cow steaks that are a gift from the heavens ! WoW soo good ! as well as some soup bones that will go to good use and a liver that my dogs love smoked on the treager. The steaks were lean and flavorful. The burgers were hearty and clean-tasting. Most of all, I enjoyed the great food knowing I paid for the trust cost of food. will definitely come back for more.
We had a mix of New York, Rib Eye,, and Tenderloin. They were all cooked medium rare and seasoned with only salt and pepper. Cooked on a small Cuisinart camp grill. They were tender and had a wonderful flavor. This is the only way to eat red meat.

Ordered a 6 lb brisket. My first order. Very impressed with the packaging and delivery. Brisket was lean, no trimming of fat required. Rubbed and slow cooked with hickory smoke to 205 degrees, wrapped in paper and rested for 1 hour. Had dinner with 5 people...the brisket was the star of the meal. Always an easy and pleasant experience ordering from Miller Bison. Found out late we were hosting Christmas dinner, knew we needed something different than Turkey or ham when short ribs from Miller Bison came to mind. Ordered on a Saturday, order fulfilled on Monday arrived cross country on Wednesday. Final meal which I’m upset I forgot to get pics of was fall off the bone tinder that got great feedback and reviews from guests.
